  • Subscriptions or memberships for services that have been used in part or full.

c) Refund Request Process

We will review your request and process it within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

You may cancel your subscription or service with DevToDSA at any time before the renewal date.

a) Course Cancellations

  • You may cancel your enrollment in a course at any time before accessing the course materials, with a full refund.
  • After accessing any course materials, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds but can be applied to future courses if eligible under our policy.

b) Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription to our platform at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

c) Event or Service Cancellations

  • Cancellations for events, workshops, or special services should be made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, unless due to exceptional circumstances.
